Pursuant to the Texas Public Information Act, I hereby request the following records:

Any and all dismissals, indictments, memos, inter office memos, notes of meetings, and dispositions of any and ALL cases against Sherre Lynn Whitney Johnston, Lorena, Texas. Including all films, 911 calls, indictments, mugshots and especially recent indictments. This also includes information concerning the Sheriff's shed burglary, this is to include any and all results of Pre Sentence Investigations and letters of recommendations. Also, change of venue requests, and status of cases including any and all inter lock or ankle monitors. This also includes any and all memos and information available under the Open Records Act. Also, any and all meetings concerning this case.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
