The Waller County Sheriff's Office did not "customize" the vehicle you are referring to.
This is the way the vehicle was delivered to our agency by the vendor.

Hello, and thank you for the prompt response. Can you please clarify how the truck came to be delivered in this condition?
Thank you.

From: Craig Davis

I'm not sure what you are referring to as to its "condition".

This vehicle was delivered to our agency. Our agency made no special requests to the vendor who built the vehicle, nor have we made any changes since its delivery.

Hello, and again, thank you for patience with my inquiry. I'm just trying to understand how the truck came to have what looks to be the Batman insignia on its grill. If I'm getting this right, no special work was done on the vehicle, and this is the vehicle's standard factory condition?

From: Craig Davis

Your question has been answered repeatedly. This is the way the vehicle looked upon delivery. We made no special request for its design, nor has any additions been made since its delivery to our office.
