Pursuant to the Florida Sunshine Law, I hereby request the following records:
Any and all electronic communication pertaining to the alleged "trespass" at Bear Creek Bridge by the names of Dan Curry, Daniel Lee Curry or Daniel L Curry.
Please include any email or text message exchanges between any county employees including but not limited to county commissioners, county commissioner aids or department head and any member(s) of the sheriff department.
Please include a copy of any arrest warrant(s) and any correspondence regarding the arrest warrant.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 10 business days.

I have spent the past five hours sifting through the emails provide by IT and these are the only two emails I could find relating to your request. These are actually just the emails received for your request. I had previously sent the case on the trespass.
