The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Thank you for contacting us regarding OSTP FOIA # 23-003. Pursuant to regulation, OSTP uses a multitrack processing system when reviewing FOIA requests. Requests within each track are processed on a "first-in, first-out" basis (32 C.F.R. § 2402.6(e)(1)). OSTP is currently processing the requests that were received prior to the instant one. Thus, the anticipated completion time frame is within a 1 to 2 months, but that is subject to change as the processing progresses.

I was given 4 files, a production letter of 4 pages and 3 document collections (2023.4.7_RELEASE_23-003_A_RELEASE_Interim_Prod_1_pages_1-100, 101-200 and 201-300) each totaling 100 pages. I seem to be missing 131 pages.

I was given 4 files, a production letter of 4 pages and 3 document collections (2023.4.7_RELEASE_23-003_A_RELEASE_Interim_Prod_1_pages_1-100, 101-200 and 201-300) each totaling 100 pages. I seem to be missing 131 pages.

Regarding your 4/24/23 communication asking for confirmation of receipt of four files totaling 435 pages, it appears I did not receive 435 pages worth of files. I was given 4 files, a production letter of 4 pages and 3 document collections (2023.4.7_RELEASE_23-003_A_RELEASE_Interim_Prod_1_pages_1-100, 101-200 and 201-300) each totaling 100 pages. I seem to be missing 131 pages.
Can you please provide the additional documents?

I was given 4 files, a production letter of 4 pages and 3 document collections (2023.4.7_RELEASE_23-003_A_RELEASE_Interim_Prod_1_pages_1-100, 101-200 and 201-300) each totaling 100 pages. I seem to be missing 131 pages.
