FOIA Logs (Corporation For Public Broadcasting)

To Whom It May Concern:

Pursuant to the DC Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:

I am writing to request records under the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA), 5 U.S.C. § 552. Specifically, I am requesting the FOIA logs maintained by the Corporation for Public Broadcasting and or PBS for the past 6 years that identify all FOIA requests received by CPB or PBS during that time period, including the requesters' names, the date the requests were received, a description of the records requested, and the status of each request.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
