Pursuant to the DC Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:
Any and all written or electronic communications, including email attachments and text messages, sent or received by Arizona's U.S. Attorney Gary Restaino that contain one or more of the following key words or phrases: "Larkin", "Lacey", "Backpage.com", "suicide", "free speech", and/or "Backpage". This request seeks all of Mr. Restaino's records with these key words, including any communications between him and non-governmental parties or individuals outside the U.S. Attorneys office. This request seeks records produced since November 15, 2021.
I am a reporter for The Nation and other outlets.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
