From: Natalie St. John
To Whom It May Concern:
Pursuant to the Washington Public Records Act, I hereby request the following records:
A copy of the 2007 Interagency Guideline on Prescribing Opioids for Pain. The title may be something slightly different, like "Opioid Dosing Guideline".
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or Thumb Drive if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 5 business days, as the statute requires.
Sincerely,
Natalie St. John

AN IMPORTANT NOTICE TO PUBLIC RECORDS REQUESTERS DURING THE GOVERNOR’S STAY HOME, STAY HEALTHY EMERGENCY ORDER.
Thank you for contacting the Labor & Industries (L&I) Public Records Unit.
The Public Records Unit business days and hours will be 8:00 a.m. through 5:00 p.m. Monday through Fridays, not including furlough days and legal holidays.
We anticipate processing times will be delayed while complying with the Governor’s "Stay Home, Stay Healthy<https://www.governor.wa.gov/sites/default/files/20-25.1%20-%20COVID-19%20-%20Stay%20Home%2C%20Stay%20Healthy%20Extension%20%28tmp%29.pdf?utm_medium=email&utm_source=govdelivery>" emergency order. L&I also complies with the Governor’s Proclamation 20-28<https://gcc02.safelinks.protection.outlook.com/?url=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.governor.wa.gov%2Fsites%2Fdefault%2Ffiles%2Fproclamations%2F20-28%2520-%2520COVID-19%2520Open%2520Govt%2520Laws%2520Waivers%2520%2528tmp%25291.pdf&data=02%7C01%7Calexander.jouravlev%40atg.wa.gov%7Ca7aa077a9d684d8d57dd08d7da5ac2b0%7C2cc5baaf3b9742c9bcb8392cad34af3f%7C0%7C1%7C637217955662907726&sdata=L%2BdrvxDh9PNPpVAOTTukCdR0wnrLQwVg%2Bp%2FfIw%2BQtp0%3D&reserved=0>.
This posting provides public records requesters notification that additional time will be needed to process current and new records requests.
Please be patient as reduced hours, access to systems, facilities, hardcopy records, mail, and technology may delay the processing of public records requests and production of records.
