Dear Annette Huenke:
We received your public records request on February 4, 2019. On March 20, 2019 you narrowed the scope of your request, seeking the following records:
"Any and all communications, including but not limited to, email and written correspondence,
dated from December 15, 2018 to February 2, 2019
between the Washington State Department of Health (WADOH), including any of its committees or committee members,
and:
-the office of Governor of Washington State, Jay Inslee
-the office of Washington State Secretary of Health, John Wiesman
-Clark County Public Health Department
-the Centers for Disease Control (CDC)
-the Association of Immunization Managers (AIM)
-the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation
containing references to any of the following subject matter: measles, MMR, vaccination, immunizations, exemptions, exclusions, prevention, control, communicable disease, notifiable conditions, assessment, disease surveillance, epidemiology, foundational public health services (FPHS), state of emergency, HB1638 (2019 session), SB5332 (2019 session)"
We have attached 252 pages as responsive records to your public records disclosure request for a second installment. There were no redactions to this set of records. The fee was waived for this installment.
WAC 246-08-990<https://app.leg.wa.gov/WAC/default.aspx?cite=246-08-990> (RCW 42.56.120) authorizes the Department of Health to collect reasonable costs for providing copies. There may be a fee for the next installment.
We estimate the agency will be able to locate, assemble, review for exemptions, and then provide the next installment of records responsive to your request on or before July 19, 2019.
In the event you no longer need the requested records or have any questions, please contact me.
Sincerely,
Khadijah Ali
