From: Sam

Hi, the following should provide clarification. Please let me know if there is anything else that needs to be further explained.

1 - I mean on 1/1/2021 what shift was officer A assigned to what beat were they assigned to (if any)? what shift was officer B assigned to? etc. By shift I am hoping to see either a login and log out time or a code indicating morning, night, swing shift. I am hoping to get this data for the dates 1/1/21 - 1/8/21

2. I mean sworn officers for the entire agency

3. I am looking for sworn officers - I am not sure the difference between commissioned staff and civil service.

Thank you very much

Good Morning,
Please note that you are in the GovQA portal and have already attached two documents - the Department of Revenue declarations.  There is a third attachment, which is the WSP declaration; the one you need to complete and sign with a wet signature.  After the signed WSP declaration is received (within the 30 calendar day window from your first notification on July 27, 2021), work may start on your request and any documents that can be released will be uploaded into the GovQA portal when completed.
Thank you,

Good Morning, I need further clarification on your request.  In your original request, you requested: ..." From the Jan 1, 2021 and January 8, 2021 AS WELL AS the dates of, on, or between Jan 1, 2018 and January 1, 2021."... Are you asking for all dates from 1/01/2018 through 1/01/2021, or some specific dates, or a different date range?  The way it is worded, it is very unclear.  In your response of 7/29/2021, you only clarified that you are looking for data for the date range of 1/1/21 - 1/8/21. This potentially is a large amount of data you are requesting which you may be charged for depending on the date range you are looking for.  Please note that charges are calculated after the reports are ran, so there is no way to know charges ahead of time. Once I receive your clarification regarding the date range you are looking for, we will start on your request and should be able to complete this request within 15 working days. Sincerely, Leslie Boling, Forms & Records Analyst

From: Sam

Please provide from dates 1/1/21 - 1/8/21 as noted on 7/29/2021. This data should be exportable in mass so the size of the file should not influence the employee time. If for some reason this request involved manual coding that is contingent on the number of days requested please let me know.
