Pursuant to RCW Ch. 42.56 (Public Records Act), I hereby request the following records:
Printed and electronic communications between Washington State Parks and Recreation Commission and Washington Trails Association (wta.org) between September 1, 2010, and August 31, 2011.
I also request that, if possible, fees be waived as I believe this request is in the public interest and not made for commercial gain. The requested documents will be processed by a representative of the news media/press and made available to the public at MuckRock.com. Please fulfill the request electronically, by e-mail attachment if possible or CD-ROM if not, and let me know of any fees that will be assessed.
In the event that fees cannot be waived, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 5 business days, as the statute requires.

I am sorry that I will not be able to meet the anticipated completion
date due to my schedule, workload and work issues. I do have records
gathered for your request available to send to you as a partial
installment and expect that I will need an addition two to three weeks

The final installment was mailed today, December 1, 2011.

Records were provided in three installments. The final installment was
mailed on November 22nd.
