When you created your request, you selected "Legislative Agency" rather than the "House of Representatives". Rep. Tarra Simmons's records are held by the House of Representatives, not Legislative Support Services. To correct this, we opened a new request, numbered P001518-011924, with the same request details.
With this response, this request is considered fulfilled and is now closed. Please refer to the new request #P001518-011924 for further communications about your request for records. Please contact my office if you have any questions or concerns.

After we conducted an initial search of the Member's emails using the above specified keywords, the total estimated results came out to 6,560 records.
Please note that the search term "Goodman" resulted in 6,156 records.
Based on these estimated results, we will require an advanced 10% deposit of the estimated copying fees as per RCW 42.56.120(4) and our House Public Records Policy. A deposit is required when estimated copying fees for an entire request exceeds twenty-five dollars.

Copying charges are five cents per each four electronic files or attachment uploaded to email, cloud-based data storage service, or other means of electronic delivery. That means, we would require a deposit of $8.20 before we will begin processing your request.
If you wish to narrow the scope of your request to possibly help reduce the number of records and copying charges, please let us know. Otherwise, please send a check made out to the Washington State Legislature, with “ PRA No. P001518-011924” written in the memo section and mail to:
