According to SBE, SBE is not the “Education Department” for Washington State. Additionally, during the requested timeframe SBE did not have any contracts with “Institute for Curriculum Services,” or any email communications with “Institute for Curriculum Services.” This email completes OSPI’s response to your request on behalf of SBE.
