Pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:

For No Bid, No Maximum dollar amount contracts, agreements, MOAs, MOUs:
* with non-government entities as the sole other party or one of the other parties;
* in process (if allowed), signed, or completed;
* in the current State Biennium (the past approximately 16 months from July 1, 2017 through current date);
* That are not Sole Source contracts already filed on WEBS.
Provide all emails, correspondence, and notes pertaining to the selection of contractors, partners, etc., and award of contracts, agreements, MOAs, MOUs; and negotiation of terms if allowable; and scanned copy of signed contracts, agreements, MOAs, or MOUs.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 20 business days, as the statute requires.
