We received your request on November 4, 2019.
We are in the process of identifying and gathering responsive documents. Given the large number of documents you have requested we may be providing responsive documents on an installment basis pursuant to RCW 42.56.080.
We have also notified Vix of your request to provide it the opportunity to protect information that may be proprietary and/or confidential from release. This third party notification process may include court action and may take an additional three to four weeks.
Given our staff's current workload, the number of requests we are currently handling we estimate the 1st installment of records may be available for release in four to five weeks, subject to the third party notice process. We will contact you again once the third party notice process has been completed.
