Pursuant to RCW Ch. 42.56 (Public Records Act), I hereby request the following records:
Video, audio, and still images recorded by security and surveillance devices between 7:30 a.m. and 8:30 a.m. on Thursday, May 11, 2017, at King Street Station in Seattle, Washington, in the walkway near the southern upper landing of stairs and elevators (that which connects the station platform to 4th Avenue on one side and the football stadium parking lot on the other, on the walls of which are affixed transit agency sign boards and advertisements), where uniformed U.S. Department of Homeland Security police were observing rail passengers who were departing the station.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 5 business days, as the statute requires.
