Pursuant to the Washington Public Records Act, I hereby request the following records:
All communications with Tesla Inc, or its representatives, regarding the purchase or operation of Tesla vehicle(s) for official or departmental use. Where appropriate, to include testing, trouble-shooting, data use and retention, AutoPilot use, servicing, and returns.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 5 business days, as the statute requires.

Effective September 1, 2019 and pursuant to RCW 42.56.120(2)(b) & (3), (4); RCW 42.56.130 there is a charge for the records that you requested on 6/14/2022.
This was a request for: "All communications with Tesla Inc, or its representatives, regarding the purchase or operation of Tesla vehicle(s) for official or departmental use. Where appropriate, to include testing, trouble-shooting, data use and retention, AutoPilot use, servicing, and returns."

Please enter the total amount of $.05 (only one nickel) as outlined on the web page on the link above and then enter PRR # 5753. Once this payment has been received, the records will be released to you via email.
