Thank you. Can you tell me more about providing documents on a rolling basis? When will I receive the initial documents, and what pace will the rest be recieved? Can you also clarify whether the delay for this May 11 request (which was originally scheduled for 6/30/2022, then 8/30/2022, then 9/30/2022, then 11/30/2022 is for? Your email said it was to either locate, review, or assemble the documents, or to notify third parties. I imagine the documents were already located on September 22nd when you sent an invoice for 100 files and 346 MB of data?

In response to the correspondence we received from you in the mail today:
Providing documents on a rolling basis means that we will release installments of records to you as they become available. The invoice you received was for the first installment. We mailed a CD containing this installment to you on 10/06/22. Have you not received it yet? Can you confirm the address you would like it sent to? There is also the option to receive the records electronically through our portal, if you are interested. We currently estimate the next response will be provided to you by 11/30/22.
