I respectfully decline to complete the provided Declaration of Non-Commercial Purpose form, as there is no basis in RCW 42.56 to require me to do so. To be clear, I am not withdrawing the request. To the extent that WaTech requires or is entitled to the information requested on the form, I have already provided it in my original request. Please process the request as originally submitted.
