Pursuant to the Connecticut Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:

1. All documents signed with procurement software or software to create and publish RFI, RFQ, RFP this agency uses or used in the past five years.

Additionally, if possible, please answer the following four questions:
a. What is the name of the procurement software you use (or the name of the software you use to create and publish RFI, RFQ, RFP)?
b. What is the annual cost for this software?
c. When did the most recent contract with the software provider begin?
d. Do you use your ERP system to manage the process of RFI, RFQ, RFP?

If there are any fees required to fulfill this request, please let me know in advance of fulfilling my request.

1. All documents signed with procurement software or software to create and publish RFI, RFQ, RFP this agency uses or used in the past five years. All procurement, contract and bid documents prior to November 1, 2019 were prepared manually and received and recorded manually. Since November 1, 2019, procurement and contract documents have been processed using Munis ERP. The Town has recently started to test electronic bidding in conjunction with required submission of hard copy documentation.

Additionally, if possible, please answer the following four questions:
a. What is the name of the procurement software you use (or the name of the software you use to create and publish RFI, RFQ, RFP)? The Town recently migrated to the Munis ERP software and is exploring the usage of the Procurement Module.
b. What is the annual cost for this software? The cost of the Procurement Module is incorporated in the overall ERP cost.
c. When did the most recent contract with the software provider begin? The Town started the Migration to MUNIS over a year and a half ago and recently went live with the Financial Modules on November 1, 2019
d. Do you use your ERP system to manage the process of RFI, RFQ, RFP? Munis is used for contract and procurement processing. We have just recently begun testing electronic bidding.
