1. All records and evidence collected in relation to the decertification of former Officer Lacy M. Robertson of the West Memphis Police Department (hereinafter WMPD).
2. All records, if any, referencing to misconducts of former Officer Lacy M. Robertson of the WMPD.
3. All records, if any, referencing to investigations of any misconduct of former Officer Lacy M. Robertson of the WMPD.
4. All records and evidence collected in relations to any investigation of any misconduct of former Officer Lacy M. Robertson of the WMPD.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
