names and contact info including emails of all wvu procurement officers or those with procurement authority.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

This e-mail is a final response concerning your two West Virginia Freedom of Information Act ("W. Va. FOIA") requests considered received on December 16 and 17, 2024, requesting the following:
1. WVU FOIA #24396. "[C]opy of [R]ich [R]odriguez's new contract as football coach. please include all perks, benefits and bonuses as well."
2. WVU FOIA #24398. "[N]ames and contact info including emails of all wvu procurement officers or those with procurement authority."
These requests - which were sent out on the same day - will be combined and processed together pursuant to the W. Va. FOIA. Combining and processing your requests in this manner allows West Virginia University to respond in an efficient and methodical manner. WVFOIA Procedure 1; W. Va. Code § 29B-1-3(c) (stating that the custodian may make reasonable rules and regulations necessary for the protection of the records and to prevent interference with the regular discharge of his or her duties).
Despite the presence of other pending document requests received prior to your submission, the University is attempting to expedite the final response due to the nature of the documents requested.
