Pursuant to the New York State Freedom of Information Law (1977 N.Y. Laws ch. 933), I hereby request the following records:

All correspondence, written or electronic, dated between November 1, 2013 and the date when this request is processed, exchanged between County Executive Rob Astorino, or his representatives, and Daniel Angiolillo, or his representatives.

Records requested include written or electronic correspondence, dated from November 1, 2013 through the date when this request is processed, between Westchester County administrators pertaining (a) to Angiolillo’s hiring as Executive Director of the Solid Waste Commission and (b) Angiolillo's failed re-election campaign for supreme court justice in the ninth judicial district.

Records requested include any documents, such as an official offer letter, indicating Angiolillo’s annual salary and/or benefits, as well as any conditions of employment.

Records requested include all emails, dated from November 1, 2013 through the date when this request is processed, exchanged between Rob Astorino and Daniel Angiolillo.

In order to have this request fulfilled in a timely matter, I am willing to limit my request to clearly releasable portions of the requested documents. I reserve the right, however, to submit a new request if I am not satisfied with your response.
