Hello Mr. Lecher,
This shall be the Office of the Westchester County Executive’s formal response to your Freedom of Information Law (FOIL) request dated Monday, Monday, December 28, 2021. The FOIL is intended to allow citizens to have access to records made and kept by a public body.
You asked for records regarding:
“...any algorithms, risk assessments, flowcharts, manuals, slideshow presentations, guides, charts, graphs, or items that determine whether someone is eligible to be tested for COVID-19 (aka Coronavirus)."
I certify that after a diligent search of the Westchester County Executive's Office we have records responsive to your request which are in the possession of our office and required to be disclosed under FOIL. For your convenience, I have attached the record to this email free of charge.
Our office did not receive your initial FOIL request. We have responded with a timeframe of January 1, 2020 to March 20, 2020, assuming the parameters of your earliest request. If you would like records from January 1, 2020 to December 2020 or beyond please indicate so. I can advise you that providing records through this period - or beyond - will be a lengthy process, and will require additional time to fulfil.
