Pursuant to the Rhode Island Access to Public Records Act, I hereby request the following records:
Any emails sent to the email address of mrooney@westerlyri.gov that mention a conspiracy theory spread on social media about a restaurant called Amigos Taqueria Y Tequila or the t-shirts they were selling.
According to this conspiracy theory, which circulated widely on twitter: https://twitter.com/Q_101_X/status/1067315174741299200 the t-shirts being sold by this restaurant threaten the President.
Please conduct a search for any emails sent to the mrooney@westerlyri.gov email address that might contain the following keywords: "Mexican restaurant" "t-shirts" "Amigos Taqueria Y Tequila" "86" "Mr. Bandy Shanks"
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
