Pursuant to the Maryland Public Information Act, I hereby request the following records:
I am requesting the name of the officer ID NO. 0426, [District 10, No. 2, Agency ZF, Sub-Agency 06], all video footage starting 5 minutes before and 1 hour after, and all audio communication before and after the traffic stop on 12/03/2013 at 15:52 resulting in ticket 0GQ0E80.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 10 calendar days, as the statute requires.

The name of the Officer is Master Deputy Brian MOORE, #0426.
In reference to video footage, we do not have cameras in our police vehicles or body cams.
You need to contact the Emergency Communication Center (911) to obtain the audio communication. The person you will need to contact is Assistant Manager Dwayne McGinnis, which I have copied on this email.

Per our records retention policy; we only keep 9-1-1 and radio recordings for 3 years. Your request is for an incident that occurred more than three ago. Therefore; there is no audio available from the Emergency Communications Center.
