Pursuant to the Massachusetts Public Records Law, I hereby request the following records:

All emails and other written material and correspondence, including written meeting notes, pertaining to or referencing the 2/28/2019 status meeting between Weston town officials and a representative or representatives of the development proposal at 751-761 Boston Post Rd. This meeting is reference in the attached “Narrative of Prior Correspondence and Meetings with Municipal Officials.”

I also request that, if appropriate, fees be waived as we believe this request is in the public interest, as suggested but not stipulated by the recommendations of the Massachusetts Supervisor of Public Records. The requested documents will be made available to the general public free of charge as part of the public information service at MuckRock.com, processed by a representative of the news media/press and is made in the process of news gathering and not for commercial usage.

I expect the request to be filled in an accessible format, including for screen readers, which provide text-to-speech for persons unable to read print. Files that are not accessible to screen readers include, for example, .pdf image files as well as physical documents.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Hello, I am in the process of gathering and reviewing the information you have requested regarding a meeting held on February 5, 2018 about 751 Boston Post Road (see email below). You also requested information about a meeting you believe was held on 8/23/18 and another you believe was held on 2/18/19. There were no meeting held on 8/23/18 and 2/18/19 to discuss 751 BPR. Also, you may note, 2/18/19 was a holiday and Town offices were closed.

I would like to ensure there is no confusion with the request or the response to the request. These meetings are referenced in a document on the Town of Weston website. This is how that document describes the meetings (direct quote):

2/18/2019 – Status meeting with town manager, Chairman of Board of Selectmen, and Planning Board Chairman

8/23/2018 – Second meeting with town manager, Chairman of Board of Selectmen, Planning Board Chairman or
Planning Board Member & Planning Director to discuss density, traffic, historic, architecture, perimeter buffers, access
to rail trail, wetlands, Weston Forest & Trails, fiscal impacts, waste water treatment, introduction to neighbors and to
town boards.

All the meetings I am seeking information about are mentioned in the Narrative of Prior Correspondence and Meetings with Municipal Officials as linked above. Please confirm that the two(2) meetings (February 18, 2019 and August 23, 2019) described above as taken from the document on the Town of Weston (link above) website did not take place. If you are now able to identify the meetings I look forward to receiving the records pertaining to them.

I have attached for you emails pertaining to the meeting that occurred on February 5, 2018.

The document on the Town Website you reference was not prepared by the Town of Weston. The document was prepared by Mill Creek and was submitted to the Town. There were no meetings held regarding this property on 8/23/18 or on 2/18/19.

Please be aware that your most current email references meetings held on February 4, 2018 and August 23, 2019. And your previous email contradicted the request by asking for one date in the header of the email and another date in the body of the request. It would be helpful and less confusing if you could ensure you are providing the Town with accurate requests.
