Brady List (June 2023) (Whitman County Prosecuting Attorney)

Dear Muckrock and/or Rose Terse,
There are two law enforcement, or former law enforcement officers on what amounts to a ‘Brady’ list in Whitman County, WA.

1. Dan Hargraves, former Pullman Police Officer, charged 2018 with custodial sexual misconduct with a female prisoner, acquitted at trial.
2. Breanna Banks, Pullman Police Officer, not charged with crime, but internal investigation sustained allegations of policy violations, harassment, dishonesty and conduct unbecoming, 2023.

Pursuant to the Washington Public Records Act, I hereby request the following records:

All current "Brady lists" and "Giglio lists" (per Brady v. Maryland/Giglio v. United States) maintained by your office.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
