Pursuant to the Illinois Freedom of Information Act., I hereby request the following records:
A copy of all documents, including but not limited to, applications, agreements, and reporting documents related to the $50,000 awarded to Village of Wilmette for the FY24 Organized Retail Crime Grant program.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Thank you for writing to the Village of Wilmette with your request for information pursuant to the Illinois Freedom of Information Act (“Act”), 5 ILCS 140/1 et seq. On March 2, 2025, you requested “the full grant request for the FY24 Organized Retail Crime Grant Program”.
The documents normally maintained by the Village were provided to you on 09/27/2024. To assist you in your request, the Village has downloaded and attached the original grant application and budget from the grant system.
Your request is hereby granted. The Village has conducted an extensive search for the documents you have requested. The attached documents represent all the documents in the Village’s possession that are responsive to your request. The Village has no other documents in relation to your request.
