The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I would request your response within ten (10) business days.

Ms. Hill,
This not is in response to your records request related to an EMAC for the Dakota Access Pipeline project. Wisconsin State Patrol was not responsible to creating the an EMAC for our involvement. The Wisconsin Emergency Management was responsible for that document. We did provide them with information to create the document, but did not create the EMAC. Any information that we would have provided them would be in the EMAC.
Please let me know if you have any questions.
Thanks!

Dear Mr. Erdman,
To clarify - The second part of my request is for copies of any Action Report(s) regarding the Dakota Access Pipeline project. Does the Wisconsin State Patrol have any documents of that nature in their possession?
I will contact Wisconsin Emergency Management for the EMAC agreement(s).
Thank you,
Melissa
