Pursuant to the Wisconsin Open Records Act, I hereby request the following records:

I am looking for the following records :

(To clarify I am not looking for any records that are contained in the discovery files or discs that are already available.)

I am looking for records pertaining to and for criminal case 2014CF000860 and the folllowing individuals :
Kristopher Paul Torgerson 10/27/1979

Stephanie Ann Low 09/29/1988

The time scale for this is from September 2010 to March 2017.

I am looking for the following any electronic files such as emails involving the two names. Any video files involving the two names. Any audio files involving the two names. Any digital files. Any scanned letters or mail.

If the request is too burdensome or broad please send me a list of the files you have so I can choose the relevant files from that list.

I would ask that they be sent via email or email link. Or if not please let me know if the cost goes above $50 to send via shipping.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
