Pursuant to the Rhode Island Access to Public Records Act, I hereby request the following records:
1. All documents signed with procurement software or software to create and publish RFI, RFQ, RFP this agency uses or used in the past five years.
Additionally, if possible, please answer the following four questions:
a. What is the name of the procurement software you use (or the name of the software you use to create and publish RFI, RFQ, RFP)?
b. What is the annual cost for this software?
c. When did the most recent contract with the software provider begin?
d. Do you use your ERP system to manage the process of RFI, RFQ, RFP?
If there are any fees required to fulfill this request, please let me know in advance of fulfilling my request.

Below please find response to your request for records regarding all documents signed with procurement software of software to create and publish RFI, RFQ, RFP used in the past five years, etc.
RESPONSE:
Pursuant to § 38-2-7. Denial of access. (c) A public body that receives a request to inspect or copy records that do not exist or are not within its custody or control shall, in responding to the request in accordance with this chapter, state that it does not have or maintain the requested records.
The City does not have any software specifically designed for creating and publishing RFI, RFQ, RFP .
Also, to the second part of the request:
Pursuant to R.I. Gen. Laws § 38-2-3(h), the APRA does not require a public body to respond to inquiries with questions or to provide oral/verbal information. Instead, the APRA requires that a public body respond to inquiries for public documents.
