While the University intends to comply with your request pursuant to its obligations under Mass. Gen. Laws c. 66, the University seeks clarification of your definition of the phrase “sexual misconduct.” By “sexual misconduct,” are you referring to nonconsensual physical conduct of a sexual nature, or something else?
Please let me know so that the University may provide you with the responsive documents, to the extent that such documents exist and subject to appropriate withholding and exemption under c. 66.
