Pursuant to the Wyoming Public Records Act, I hereby request access to and a copy of all electronic correspondence between the Wyoming Attorney Governor office and the following entities:

American Coalition for Clean Coal Electricity (ACCCE)

Alpha Coal
Arch Coal
Thunder Basin
Rep. Chuck Gray
Rep. Dennis Biteman
Rep. Scott Clem
Rep. Timothy Hallinan
Rep. Marti Halverson

The scope of the request includes the following individuals within the Wyoming Attorney Governor office and should include but is not limited to emails, attachments, both sent and received, text messages, both sent and received and all other electronic records:

Attorney General Peter Michael
Chief Deputy Attorney General John G. Knepper
Special Assistant Attorney General Jay A. Jerde
Brittany Beka

Please conduct a search for records between September 1, 2017 and the date of your final response.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
