Pursuant to the Wyoming Public Records Act, I hereby request the following records:

Any lists, compilations or reports on the equipment taken to North Dakota by WHP on their deployment to Morton County, North Dakota to help with the NoDAPL protests. This includes trooper's armor or uniforms, munitions, surveillance equipment, vehicles etc. I would like these as unredacted as possible.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I would request your response within ten (10) business days.

The Wyoming Highway Patrol has redacted the information pertaining to
any/all equipment to protect the individuals involved and the security of
the detail and future details. This information has not been provided on
any of the requests that were sent out. You have received all information
that our agency has related to this deployment.
