Pursuant to the Wyoming Open Meetings Act and the Wyoming Public Records Act, I hereby request the following records:
A copy of the most recent database maintained by this agency detailing government employee compensation across the state.
I am specifically requesting that this release include, for each State employee, the following: Name of Employee, Age, Gender, Ethnicity, Job Title, Agency/department, City/location in which employee is stationed, and Earnings.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that fees cannot be waived, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I would request your response within ten (10) business days.

This e-mail is a response to your public records request received by the
Wyoming Department of Administration and Information on June 24, 2015. You
requested to inspect records that reveal the following for each State
employee: "Name of Employee, Age, Gender, Ethnicity, Job Title,
Agency/department, City/location in which employee is stationed, and
Earnings."
Our agency is the custodian of records that are responsive to your request.
However, the records you have requested are in active use. We are in the
process of retrieving, compiling, and reviewing the records and will
contact you when records that are public and responsive to your request are
available for your inspection.
Consistent with the Wyoming Public Records Act, Wyo. Stat. Ann. §§ 16-4-201
through 16-4-205, we will compile and review the records in a timely
manner.
