Pursuant to the Wyoming Public Records Act, I hereby request the following records:
Copies of all photographs, pictures, audio, video or other recordings of protests and protestors taken or maintained by your agency and relating to the North Dakota Pipeline or to the Standing Rock Indian Reservation.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I would request your response within ten (10) business days.

I apologize, I don't know if I ever responded back to you letting you know
I received your request for photos. I started getting in touch with
everyone who was deployed and I think I neglected to let you know. Anyway,
we do have photos. I believe there will be two discs and the cost will most
likely be around $63 but let me make sure once I receive all the photos and
then I'll be back in touch with you to let you know an exact amount.

After viewing the discs and talking to my Captain, due to safety issues and
protection of our Troopers that were deployed to this incident, we needed
to narrow the photos down to just one disc. So the cost will be $33.00
instead of $66.00. Let me know if you are still interested in the photos.
