Timothy Considine Outside Consulting Disclosures

To Whom It May Concern:

Pursuant to the Wyoming Open Meetings Act and the Wyoming Public Records Act, I hereby request the following records:

1. Any and all form submitted for approval for outside consulting submitted by Dr. Timothy J. Considine pursuant to UW Regulation 4-2 (http://www.uwyo.edu/acadaffairs/_files/docs/Req_outside_consulting.pdf) from 2009 to the present.

2. Any and all approvals granted by the University for outside consulting by Dr. Timothy J. Considine pursuant to UW Regulation 4-2 from 2009 to the present.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that fees cannot be waived, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
