2. Call logs containing the key words "Black Butte Coal" or "Black Butte" within the last calendar year.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Morning Mr. Galbraith,
In compiling materials potentially responsive to your request, received
12/11/23, I have learned that our IT department cannot pull call logs by
keyword, as call logs are stored by the phone number, listing the date and
duration of call. If you have specific phone numbers, it sounds like we can
search by those.

Afternoon Mr. Galbraith,
In reviewing potentially responsive materials to your request, I have found
that the key search terms "Black Butte" and "Black Butte Coal" have hit
upon topics regarding Wyoming education budgets, Game and Fish budget
materials, as well as energy-related topics. The education and game and
fish budget topics came up because the term "Black Butte" is used in other
contexts related to place names outside of the Black Butte coal mine, for
example a high school and a feedground. I am still determining if any
privileges or other protections apply to these other materials, but if you
would prefer I leave them out, please let me know by 1/8/24.
