Any contractual agreements between Verra Mobility (Formerly: American Traffic Solutions Inc "ATS"), Redflex Traffic Systems, Xerox, GATSO
Names and bids from third-party vendors or companies offering Traffic Camera Enforcement services or Speed Radar Camera Services from January 1st, 2001- March 2022
Maintenance records and or logs for all implemented traffic and or speed cameras and sensors
Timing delay for all operational cameras
Number of deployed traffic and or speed cameras currently in use, street or cross street locations if applicable
Number of red light , liscense plate readers or speed camera “citations or infractions” which may have been captured in error from January 1st, 2021- March 2022
Number of red light , liscense plate readers or speed camera “citations or infractions” objected or contested January 1st, 2021- March 2022
I am also kindly requesting the Policy & Procedures for the following:
Auditing suspected captured "infractions"
Objections & Appeals
Required Maintenance Schedule
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
