Pursuant to the Arizona Public Records Law, I hereby request the following records:
1. All purchase orders, contracts, sole source justifications and other procurement documents related to Buckeye Cameras;
2. All operating procedures, protocols and manuals related to the review, handling, and documentation of Buckeye camera footage;
3. All agreements with external entities, including but not limited to Customs & Border Protections and the Cochise County Sheriff's office, related to Buckeye Cameras;
4. All Buckeye Camera photos from the following days: Jan 17, 2024 and March 24, 2024;
5. All presentations related to Buckeye cameras;
6. Data related to the Buckeye Cameras, if it exists, such as the number of photos captured and how they were classified (animal, person, vehicle, etc).
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees in excess of $100, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

This is in response to your public records request received by the Yuma County Sheriff Office on March 26, 2024. We searched for responsive records in our Office and the results are as follows:

There are no responsive records.
2. All operating procedures, protocols and manuals related to the review, handling, and documentation of Buckeye camera footage;
There are no responsive records.
3. All agreements with external entities, including but not limited to Customs & Border Protections and the Cochise County Sheriff's office, related to Buckeye Cameras;
There are no responsive records.

There were records located that are responsive to the request; however, those records are being withheld from public disclosure in accordance with Arizona law. Specifically, the records are being withheld due to legitimate government considerations of privacy and the best interests of the government.
