Hi there,
Thanks so much for your help with this request! It's really helpful.
What I'm trying to understand is whether anyone who was arrested and would normally have been fingerprinted was not fingerprinted during Covid for safety reasons. Do you know? (I am asking this question of law enforcement agencies all across the country in hopes of getting a general sense of what protocols were followed.)
Sincerely,
Ann Givens
