Pursuant to the Ohio Open Records Law, I hereby request the following records:
Information related to the current bulk fuel contracts (gasoline, diesel, etc.). Documents would include; RFP that was used for current contract, Bid tabulations, Award, amendments and estimated annual usage. If a fuel contract does not exist, please provide fuel purchasing procedures.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

South East Area Transit operates in both Muskingum and Guernsey Counties.
Muskingum County/Zanesville is where the administration and maintenance
facilities is located.
16 vehicles are located in Muskingum County/Zanesville
The City of Zanesville fuels all COZ vehicles at our fueling pumps and
handles all bulk fuel contracts for (gasoline, diesel, etc.).
SEAT reimburse the COZ for the fuel that is used to operate our system.
- there is no RFP, bid tabulation, award or amendments from SEAT
Guernsey County/Cambridge is where SEAT has a satellite operation for public
transportation.
8 vehicles are located in Guernsey County/Cambridge
SEAT purchases fuel on the open market at local fueling stations
- attached is the fueling procedure overall and for fueling vehicles
in Guernsey County/Cambridge
Actual Annual Fuel Usage:
2016 - 66,732.30 gal.
2015 - 70,587.20 gal.
2014 - 68,575.44 gal.
