Following Twitter’s announcement last week that the social media giant would be joining Facebook and Instagram in restricting its data from Geofeedia, MuckRock asked you to turn an eye to your local police department’s social media surveillance policies.

Since then, over 20 of you, from coast-to-coast, have taken the charge to bring greater transparency to the ways law enforcement is monitoring your Newsfeed.
