I’m getting the run around . I want the records of Officer #734 when he was off duty for the time period of 05/20/2015 through September 24, 2017. While off duty as that is when he was up to no good and I need to see when and how many times. If I already knew all the dates and times, I wouldn’t need to ask. But she is refusing to give me the full records for dates and times I did specifically request. Should I approach it that they should provide me information proving he was NOT at a certain location? Help anyone? Thanks!

I think this is something you’ll have to go to court over, it doesn’t seem like the agency is going to be releasing the data you are asking for. Also, I don’t think it would be useful to ask them to do that.
