Pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:

Dear Information and Privacy Coordinator,

Under the Freedom of Information Act (5 U.S.C. 552), I am requesting access to and copies of all records, including but not limited to, electronic records, emails, correspondence, calendar entries, meeting notes, and any other forms of communications from the date of their cessation of employment to the present, involving any contacts between Jacqueline Lopour and Andrew Trabulsi (both former employees of the CIA and currently employed by Alphabet) and any personnel at the Central Intelligence Agency.

Please include any records pertaining to meetings, phone calls, emails, and any other forms of communication with either Jacqueline Lopour or Andrew Trabulsi. I am particularly interested in communications that occurred after their employment with the CIA, as part of their roles at Alphabet.

I understand that there may be fees for this request and would appreciate it if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. Please notify me prior to your incurring any expenses in excess of $1000.

If my request is denied in whole or part, I ask that you justify all deletions by reference to specific exemptions of the act. I will also expect you to release all segregable portions of otherwise exempt material. I reserve the right to appeal your decision to withhold any information or to deny a waiver of fees.

As I am making this request in the public interest, for the purpose of disseminating information regarding public activities and operations of the Central Intelligence Agency to the general public, I request that you waive any fees associated with the processing of this request.

Please respond to this request within 20 business days, as outlined by the statute. Thank you for your consideration of this request.
