All contracts, licenses, MOUs, MOAs, data agreements, letters of intent, State of Work documents, Scope of Work documents, and other agreement documents with ShotSpotter or SoundThinking that were active any time between 1/1/2017 and 2/12/2024.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 3 business days, as the statute requires.

The estimated cost for search and retrieval (1 hour x $37.50) is $37.50.
Please advise if you wish us to proceed with processing your request. No
payment is due at this time.
If you wish to proceed with your request, we ask for an extension of
Wednesday, February 21, 2024, to allow the vendor
time to review and identify, redact, if needed, their proprietary and trade
secret information per O.C.G.A § 50-18-72(a)(34) and (a)(35).
