Obama Library: Drafts of New Economic School Moscow Graduation Remarks - July 7th, 2009

Pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:

Any and all drafts of President Obama's remarks at the New Economic School in Moscow, Russia on July 7th of 2009. Please include a search for all speech drafts, research material, background and participant information, schedules, briefing papers, trip books and printed emails related to these remarks. Please be sure to include a search of pre-remark emails that transmitted speech drafts before it was given.

Of particular interest would be discussions of the use of the term "zero-sum" and any discussions regarding how (or if) Mikhail Gorbachev or Stalin should have been mentioned by name and what language choices were appropriate.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
