Any records or emails pertaining to Cisco Gomez. Focusing in on his position as Maintenance and Grounds Supervisor. Looking for information related to complaints about him from staff. Include any emails from John Mannix, Karen Mooseker, Keith Stefenson and District Office staff that have anything to do about any complaints from staff against Cisco Gomez. Between the years of 2015 to 2022.
Any records or emails pertaining to Amber Donovan that have anything to do with lewd texting and videos being sent to subordinates. Focusing in on her position as Custodial manager, Coordinator. Between the years of 2020 to 2022.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

This additional time is necessary, per RCW 42.56.520, to locate and assemble the information requested, to determine whether any of the information you requested is exempt from public disclosure and produce a corresponding exemption log, and to notify any third party affected by the request. As documents responsive to your request are ready for disclosure, they will be provided to you.

In my December 15, 2022, email to you in response to your December 8, 2022 request for records, I estimated the first installment of those records would be available to you by February 1, 2023.
In our subsequent search for records, we have found over 23,300 email records that may be responsive to your request for "Any records or emails pertaining to Cisco Gomez. Focusing in on his position as Maintenance and Grounds Supervisor. Looking for information related to complaints about him from staff. Include any emails from John Mannix, Karen Mooseker, Keith Stefenson and District Office staff that have anything to do about any complaints from staff against Cisco Gomez. Between the years of 2015 to 2022."
With the way your request is worded and in order to provide you with all the emails you are requesting, we will need to review each one of the 23,300 records to determine if they are responsive and possibly make redactions to the records. This will take a significant amount of time. Therefore, we invite you to narrow your request. Per RCW 42.56. 250(12), I am providing you with a copy of the third party notification to Ms. Carnahan (formerly Donovan), as attached hereto.
Please note, the record has been redacted per RCW 42.56.230(3). Ms. Carnahan's personal email address has been redacted because disclosing it would violate her right to privacy. Please also note that, due to a delay in providing the notification and the need to provide her with 10 days' notice before releasing the records, our initial installment of responsive records will be delayed approximately one week, to February 9,, 2023.

As another reminder, on January 25 I invited you to narrow your search to help expedite the search for records responsive to the Cisco Gomez item above. After further searching, we have reduced the number of potentially responsive email records to 12,810, which will take a significant amount of time to review. Absent an updated request to revise our search, we will continue to search based on your original request.
At this time. we anticipate a second installment of records will be sent to you no later than April 1, 2023.
