CAL FIRE - camp management reviews and related reports

Pursuant to the California Public Records Act, I hereby request the following records:

A copy of all available camp management reviews, as well as the written reports for recommendation implementation and plans for corrections of violations. According to the agreement between the CDCR and CAL FIRE:

"The periodic camp management review conducted by CDCR and CAL will provide a written report with recommendations to correct policy and procedure violations and potential violations. Within 60 days of the receipt of the report, a written report with implementation dates for the recommendations will be submitted to the respective Warden and Region Chief. A plan for correction of violations that cannot be implemented, because of funding or other problems, will also be submitted to the respective Warden and Region Chief or designee. Copies of the reports will be submitted to the Operations CAL FIRE Camp Operations and both agencies Headquarters"

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
