Pursuant to the California's Sunshine Amendment (Cal. Const. Art. I, § 3(b)), I hereby request the following records:

Any reports, documents, evaluation materials or communications given to the FPPC in regards to 2 Cal. Code Regs. Section 18215.2. This includes but is not limited to items that were considered before the regulation was adopted and evaluation materials that were considered in gauging the effect of the regulation.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public free of charge as part of the public information service at MuckRock.com, and is not being made for commercial usage.

In the event that fees cannot be waived, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 10 calendar days, as the statute requires.

I'm looking for anything pertaining to 18215.2, which as I understand was adopted sometime in late 2010. In particular, I'm hoping for anything that evaluated the effectiveness of the rule, examined its peripheral results, etc., but of course I'll take anything that touches on it even tangentially.
